Building Relationships, Intervention, Diversion, Growth, and Engagement
The BRIDGE Program is a prevention and diversion initiative dedicated to reducing juvenile involvement in the justice system. Through innovative partnerships with Revolve Impact and the District Attorney’s Office, BRIDGE provides mentorship, early intervention, and supportive services to youth ages 11–17—guiding them toward positive, constructive pathways.
What We Offer & How We Support You
The BRIDGE Program is committed to reducing juvenile justice involvement by fostering belonging, reconnection, intervention, diversion, growth, and engagement. Through trusted mentorship and strategic partnerships, we support youth in building skills, confidence, and community connections that promote long-term success
BRIDGE is grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive model. We meet youth where they are and provide consistent guidance during critical moments, helping them make positive choices while remaining connected to family, school, and community.
By collaborating closely with justice and community partners, BRIDGE offers timely interventions that prioritize accountability, healing, and opportunity over punishment.
