At Champions In Service (CIS), the Justice Care Management (JCM) Reentry Program provides comprehensive, individualized support to help participants successfully transition back into the community. Our approach is holistic, strengths-based, and centered on dignity, accountability, and growth.
Our Services Include
- Personalized Case Management & Success Planning Each participant is paired with a dedicated Case Manager who works closely with you to understand your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Together, you will develop a personalized success plan—a clear roadmap that may include housing stability, employment, education, access to healthcare, and life skills development. Your Case Manager provides ongoing guidance, advocacy, and accountability to help you overcome barriers and move forward with confidence.
- Employment Support We help you prepare for and secure meaningful employment through job readiness training, resume development, interview coaching, and connections to local employers and workforce partners.
- Mental Health & Wellness Participants have access to supportive mental health services, including counseling, peer support, and healthy coping strategies to address trauma, stress, and emotional well-being while building resilience.
- Tattoo Removal Services We offer access to tattoo removal services to support personal transformation, employment readiness, and a positive sense of self-identity. This service helps participants remove visible or unwanted tattoos that may create barriers to employment or community reintegration, empowering individuals to move forward with confidence.
- System Navigation & Advocacy We assist you in understanding and navigating complex systems, including probation or parole requirements, social services, healthcare, legal resources, and community-based programs—reducing barriers and helping you stay focused on your goals.
