Why It Matters
Gang involvement is often linked to systemic barriers, trauma, and limited access to opportunity. The GRYD Program addresses these challenges through early intervention, mentorship, and comprehensive support to help participants:
- Make safe and positive choices
- Strengthen family and community connections
- Develop skills for education, employment, and leadership
- Contribute positively to their neighborhoods
By supporting both individuals and the communities they live in, CIS helps create lasting change and safer environments for everyone.
