Champions In Service (CIS) provides comprehensive, trauma-informed case management to support youth, adults, and families facing complex life challenges, including youth and adult reentry and individuals impacted by gang involvement. With over 30 years of service in the San Fernando Valley and Greater Los Angeles, CIS helps participants overcome barriers, access critical resources, and achieve long-term stability.
Our Approach
CIS case management is client-centered, culturally responsive, and rooted in trust. Each participant is paired with a dedicated Case Manager who works collaboratively to assess needs, develop personalized care plans, and coordinate services that promote self-sufficiency and success.
