A dedicated Employment Specialist works closely with participants to overcome barriers to employment, build confidence, and pursue long-term success. By combining mentorship with real-world opportunities, we help participants not only secure employment, but sustain and grow in their careers.
What We Do
- Career Assessments One-on-one support to identify strengths, interests, and long-term goals, resulting in a personalized employment plan.
- Goal Planning Individualized support to set clear employment goals, develop an action plan, and track progress toward long-term success.
- Job Readiness Training Hands-on assistance with résumé development, interview preparation, workplace expectations, soft-skills development, and digital literacy.
- Employer Partnerships Collaboration with local businesses, workforce agencies, training programs, and community organizations to connect participants with meaningful job opportunities.
