Champions In Service (CIS) has been proudly serving youth and communities throughout the San Fernando Valley and Greater Los Angeles for over 30 years. Building on the foundation of Communities In Schools, our mission is to empower, remove barriers to success, and create pathways for personal, educational, and professional growth.

At CIS, we provide a wide range of programs designed to meet the unique needs of our community. From case management and mentorship to mental health services, employment readiness, reentry programs, and public safety initiatives, our team works holistically to help participants build the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive.

We partner with schools, stakeholders, local agencies, and community organizations to create safe, supportive environments where individuals can grow, learn, and achieve their goals. Our public safety efforts focus on prevention, intervention, education, and support, helping individuals make positive choices while reducing risks and promoting community well-being.
